We meet office workers now who have never actually used a fax machine…now if that isn’t a sign of the times, I’m not sure what is!
So lets jump straight into my favourite list of reasons that we go through with clients

List of reasons to keep your Fax Machine:

• • You only get one or two faxes a year…and know when to plug in the fax to your phone line to receive them!
  • You realise that you love paying for the extra phone line and power every month
  • You are simply attached to it as it reminds you of the “Good old days”
  • You dont have a computer or can’t use email

Ok, so I think you are getting the message! There are not too many good reasons to keep the old fax machine on, but if you still need to have the service available , there are cheaper, easy to use solutions.

Really the best news about these online services is that it is Golbal and Multi-device.  We tend to try and look at any solutions pro’s and con’s and honestly, Im not seeing any cons!  Now you can send and recieve faxes between offices on your Phone, Tablet, PC even an internet cafe!  

But there is one catch…actually, there isnt! Well maybe the need to be able to get online and use one of the multiple interfaces (Web, Email or App).
